Everyone is welcome. Men, women, friends and family members who are struggling to understand abuse, how to stop it and how to overcome its devastating effects. Abusers do not discriminate between gender, race, age or any other factor. They are equal opportunity destroyers.
We all know what it feels like to feel unloved, lost, angry, afraid or numb. We've all felt the indescribable depth of sadness and loneliness in our spirit that only abuse can bring. We all understand the silent rage and the feelings of helplessness. We know what its like to feel hollow and broken inside. Many of us have also experienced the joys of breaking free!
