Heart 2 Heart Bibliography
Grateful acknowledgements to Heart2Heart resources...

Heart 2 Heart has been compiled using local hospital day program information packs, books, internet resources. I have also drawn upon my own my own personal experiences and shared what I have learned.
I have done my best to include the appropriate acknowledgements and copyrights whenever possible. If I have substituted words, changed grammatical structure or altered the original text in any way, I have stated the resource has been paraphrased.
It is not my intention, nor my desire, to claim another person's insight, research or knowledge as my own. I strive to give an honest credit where it is justly due. All resources accessed within this site retain their own © protection and Heart 2 Heart © protection under www.heart-2-heart.ca
My sincere apology to any person, website or organization who has been, unintentionally, not acknowledged.

Linking to Heart 2 Heart

Linking: You may freely place links to this website and to individual web pages. However, you may not use this site nor its images or text; as an image bank, a text bank or as a repository from which to draw upon for your own website or web pages. This includes PDF files. Please do not hot-link.
![]()
Hot-Linking: What is that? In a word... stealing. Technically, it's band-width theft. So how does it work? Well... let's say you'd like to put a Heart 2 Heart page on your website. But rather than saving the appropriate graphics you'll need to your own files, you link the graphics on your website back to this website.
By hot-linking the graphics, every time your website visitor loads the linked page, it retrieves the needed images from Heart 2 Heart, effectively draining Heart 2 Heart's bandwith [ data transfer ] resources while preserving your own.
Maybe it doesn't sound like much. Oh-h-h what's a little graphic here and there. If it was that simple, I would surely not be mentioning it. However, when hundreds of people are hot-linking 1.2MB PDF files... it becomes an issue.
Hot-linking results in a ban of an individual ip, a website, or an entire domain. So please... Don't do that!
